Step 1: Log into SMPPI.

Step 2: Under menu Research Ethics, select Application and click New Application. 

Step 3: Complete all information in each section.

Step 4: Make sure to upload all compulsory document at Upload section. 

Step 5: Once all information has been completed, the Submit button will appear under the Declaration tab. If the information is incomplete, the button will not appear until all required details are provided.
