User Manual - UMS Press Conference

The UPC UMS (Universiti Malaysia Sabah Press Conference System) is an official platform developed to manage and disseminate information related to academic conferences organized by Universiti Malaysia Sabah. Launched on 7 March 2024, the system was developed by Penerbit UMS in collaboration with the Jabatan Digital UMS.

The main objective of the UPC UMS system is to serve as a centralized platform for the planning, coordination, and publication of conference-related activities. It allows users to view upcoming conferences, access details such as schedules and themes, and, where applicable, submit papers or register as participants.

Accessible via www.upc.ums.edu.my, the system enhances transparency and efficiency in the organization of conferences at UMS. It is designed for use by UMS staff, researchers, students, and potentially external participants who are interested in engaging with academic events hosted by the university.

Through this platform, UMS aims to streamline its conference management processes while encouraging greater participation and visibility for its academic and research initiatives.
