User Manual - Movable Assets
The Movable Assets module is used by staff to apply for the transfer, loan, or movement of university-owned items. Users must log in using their UMS Active Directory (AD) credentials to access the system. Once logged in, they can submit an application to move or request an asset, which will then go through a structured approval workflow.
