·       Agent Assignment (The Reader): Select the specific Agent that will read this file and use it to answer user questions.

o   Penetapan Ejen (Pembaca): Pilih Ejen khusus yang akan membaca fail ini dan menggunakannya untuk menjawab soalan pengguna.

·       Access Type (The Visibility): Set to Private for departmental access, Internal for all UMS staff, or Public for general visitors.

o   Jenis Akses (Kebolehlihatan): Tetapkan kepada Privat untuk akses jabatan, Internal untuk semua kakitangan UMS, atau Awam untuk pelawat umum.

·       Technical Constraints: Files must not exceed 5MB. If a file fails to process, ensure it is not encrypted or use the "Text" method to paste content directly.

o   Kekangan Teknikal: Fail tidak boleh melebihi 5MB. Jika fail gagal diproses, pastikan ia tidak disulitkan atau gunakan kaedah input "Text" untuk menampal kandungan secara terus.
