GROUPS CONFIGURATION AND SETUP
- groups must exist for user to use so the all users may not be able to see others documents
- Click system->setup on the top right conner
- Click groups button
- Choose groups or label from the list
- Click Users button
- Choose name from the list (Available users) and click add
