Information Section

  • The first section of the application form is Informations section.

  • The proposer's information is automatically loaded into the application for new application. (1)
  • All mandatory  fields are indicated with (*) in the title (2).  The application cannot  be  submitted  until  the mandatory  fields are completed.
  • The reference number is automatically generated when the application is submitted. (3)
