  1. The applicant's details are automatically filled into the application for new application.
  2. All required fields are marked with an asterisk (*) in the title. The application cannot be submitted until all required fields are filled out.
  3. The application generates a reference number automatically upon submission.
  4. The chairperson can be chosen by clicking the "Search staff" button.

  1. Financial support can be categorized into three types.
    • Advance Allocation
    • From JAFPIU
    • Research and Innovation Grants
  2. A chairperson must be appointed for the "Research and Innovation Grants" to ensure proper distribution of the grants. If the grants have no remaining balance, they cannot be used for financial support.
