Summary of Conditions

• The facility is claimable once every three (3) years.

• Claims must be supported with receipts and official invitation or duty letter.

• Claims for day and/or evening attire may be submitted within the same 3-year period.

• Officers who have received the Ceremonial Attire Allowance are not eligible to claim the Official Ceremony Attire Allowance within the same period.

• This allowance applies to Public Service Officers attending official ceremonies or on duty at Parliament / State Legislative Assembly.

• The 3-year period starts from the first claim date, for either the officer or spouse.
