  1.  Terms and Declarations for the applicants. Applicants must agree to the terms and declarations in order to activate the submit button (3).
  2. The checklist will confirm whether applicants have submitted the necessary information. Applications cannot be submitted until all required information is provided.
  3. The submit button will become active when applicants agree to the Terms and Declarations.
