  Pilih Negeri Kelahiran, Negeri Kediaman (Malaysia), Agama, Kaum, Taraf Bumiputera, Status Perkahwinan, dan Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN).

  (Select State of Birth, State of Residence (Malaysia), Religion, Race, Bumiputera Status, Marital Status, and State Legislative Assembly (DUN).)

• Pendidikan & Kewangan / Education & Finance

  Pilih Jenis Sekolah Menengah, isi Nama Sekolah Menengah, Penaja/Pembiayaan Pengajian, dan Pendapatan Isi Rumah (RM).

  (Select Secondary School Type, Enter Secondary School Name, Sponsorship/Study Financing, and Household Income (RM).)

• Hubungan / Contact

  Sila isi No. Telefon Bimbit dan Alamat E-mel Peribadi. (Enter Mobile Phone No. and Personal Email Address.)

• Alamat Tetap / Permanent Address

  Isi Alamat, Poskod, Bandar, Negeri, Daerah, Negara, dan No. Telefon Rumah.

  (Enter Address, Postcode, City, State, District, Country, and Home Phone No.)

• Alamat Surat Menyurat / Mailing Address

  Anda boleh menekan butang "Salin dari Alamat Tetap" sekiranya menggunakan alamat yang sama.

  (You may click the "Copy from Permanent Address" button if using the same address.)

💡 Nota / Note: Setelah selesai, klik butang "Simpan Maklumat Peribadi".

2. Kelayakan Bahasa Inggeris / English Language Qualification

Pilih Jenis Ujian kecekapan Bahasa Inggeris, masukkan markah serta tahun ujian diambil. Kemudian, klik butang "Simpan Kelayakan Bahasa Inggeris".

(Select the type of English Proficiency Test, enter your score and test year. Then, click the "Save English Qualification" button.)

3. Tinjauan Bakat / Talent Survey

Lengkapkan soalan tinjauan bakat yang disediakan. Setelah selesai, klik butang "Simpan Tinjauan Bakat".

(Complete all the questions provided in the talent survey. Once completed, click the "Save Talent Survey" button.)

4. Pengesahan / Confirmation

Setelah semua maklumat di atas berjaya disimpan, tandakan (✔) pada kotak pengesahan di bahagian bawah dan klik butang "Simpan & Seterusnya".
