You can generate report by choosing any of these dropdowns. 

You can search for a record by choosing the dropdowns

You can filter by Status/ Kategori / Jenis / Jabatan / Tempoh Maklum Balas / Maklumat / Tarikh Mula / Tarikh Akhir then click Cari button or you can Export to Excel by clicking Export ke Excel button
