The e-Respon System was developed to:

  • Provide a medium for Complaints, Inquiries, Suggestions, and Appreciation.

  • Establish more interactive and effective two-way communication.

  • Encourage the use of ICT among UMS staff and clients.

  • Improve the quality of management to be more effective and customer-friendly.
